AudioQuest Niagara 3000 Power Conditioner and Low-Z Power Noise-Dissipation System
AudioQuest’s Niagara 3000 Low-Z Power Noise-Dissipation system incorporates much of the sonically effective technology that distinguishes the award-winning Niagara Series-AQ’s patented AC Ground Noise-Dissipation System, Transient Power Correction, extremely wide-bandwidth Level-X linear filtering, and more—but in a smaller package than its bigger siblings, Niagaras 5000 and 7000.
Niagara 3000 is a very high-performance, cost-effective option for two-channel and custom-install applications. Weighing just 24.9lbs, Niagara 3000 boasts rack-friendly dimensions and 2-RU rack ears are included. Main Power Cord Sold Separately.
- Greatly reduces ground-borne noise without compromising safety or creating low-level ground loops
- Provides power amplifiers a current reservoir of over 55 amps peak (up to 25mS) for AC current transients
- Dramatically improve linearity and minimize distortions while dissipating AC line and radio-coupled noise
- Enacts shutdown at approximately 17% above optimal AC input levels until the incoming AC voltage returns to a safe range
7 Low-Z NRG Series AC Power Outlets
Niagara 3000 provides power amplifiers a current reservoir of over 55 amps peak, and a maximum current capacity of 15 amps. Its 2 High-Current outlets are ideal for delivering clean, uncompressed power to powered speakers, amplifiers or powered subwoofers. It also features 5 Level-X linear filtered source AC outlets for a lower noise floor and superior resolution.
Protection
The 3000’s safety features are just as robust as its performance. Niagara 3000 includes AudioQuest’s Non-Sacrificial Surge Protection and Extreme Voltage Shutdown, ensuring that connected A/V systems are thoroughly protected from AC surges and spikes.
