Sealed tight

ASW610's sealed enclosure keeps the bass good and tight (and exciting!).

The Bowers & Wilkins ASW610 is a 10-inch performance subwoofer that steps up from the ASW608 with a larger long-throw 250mm paper/aramid fiber cone, moving more air for deeper, high-quality low-frequency output in a still-compact sealed enclosure. It's rated for a frequency response of ±3dB from 27Hz up to an adjustable 40–140Hz crossover point, giving it real extension into true sub-bass territory rather than just reinforcing a speaker's low end. An active 4th-order low-pass filter with variable cutoff, plus standard RCA line-level and speaker-level inputs, makes it straightforward to integrate into either a stereo hi-fi system or a home theater setup, and a 12V trigger allows automatic power-on alongside a connected AV receiver. Bowers & Wilkins builds it around an audiophile-standard amplifier rather than raw power specs, prioritizing control and accuracy over brute output. It's available in matte black or matte white cabinets with black or grey grille options, making it a strong choice for listeners who've outgrown an 8-inch sub and want more headroom and lower extension without moving to a much larger cabinet.
