The Sonance IS10-2W is a more compact sibling to the IS15W in Sonance's Invisible Series, using dual 10-inch carbon fiber woofers instead of dual 15-inch drivers to deliver powerful bass in the same completely invisible, flush in-wall finish. Its narrower 16.1-inch width fits more easily into standard 16-inch on-center stud bays than the larger IS15W, making it a better match for rooms where wall space is tighter, while still accepting drywall, select plasters, wallpaper, leather, or wood veneer finishing with up to 3mm of topping compound over the integrated enclosure. Frequency response reaches down to 35Hz, slightly less extended than the IS15W's 30Hz, reflecting the smaller driver size, with 92dB sensitivity and a 6-ohm nominal impedance. It's built for the same custom, high-end installations where any visible speaker or grille isn't acceptable, without the massive wall footprint the IS15W requires. It's a practical choice for rooms that need genuine invisible bass but don't have the wall real estate for Sonance's largest in-wall subwoofer model.
